This meme is a small slice of an immense fresco called "The Last Judgement" on the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel, specifically the meme inspiration comes from lower right corner with Lightfoot posing for Michelangelo. This particular masterpiece has an official interpretation relating to demons, and then I have my interpretation: these demons are demoncrats being cast from the Congress in 2022.
