I am just questioning things, everyone...everything as of late. It is very concerning to me to not know where ANY of our politicians, and want to be politicians, TRULY stand.
I was talking with some moms about this whole school book "banning" thing that libs are reeeing over. We know it really isnt a ban because a ban would mean that the Govt doesnt not allow for the publication and distribution of such books. What really is going on is parents are demanding that schools take in to consideration age appropriateness of books when looking at books to have within school libraries or classrooms. Then I started thinking of 2 Live Crew's "Banned in the USA" and the line that says, "Our record is a year old, but with all the publicity, there's a lot of people- curiosity is aroused. We're selling records to a totally different audience"
My take is that these books were INTENTIONALLY put on a "ban" list, spread on social media to peek curiosity, good or bad, because sales were terrible and to get people to see what all the commotion on them is about. It is as though evil wins no matter what in this instance; its a win if the filth stays in the books and is peddled to the children and adults stay silent, it is also a win it parents stand up and show others the filth in the books because then more people are made aware that these books even exist and some people thrive on such garbage and therefore want to get it into their hands and then share with others.
Thanks...
