How do you know if you have covid without taking a test?

Started getting a sore throat yesterday, today got a headache, sore throat, body aches and just starting getting chills.

I haven't gotten a cold in a long time and it's weird because its been warm here.

Sounds like typical change of weather cold/flu...remember you lose taste and smell with the flu to. I always did when I got the flu every year for over 50 years
