How do you know if you have covid without taking a test?

Started getting a sore throat yesterday, today got a headache, sore throat, body aches and just starting getting chills.

I haven't gotten a cold in a long time and it's weird because its been warm here.

Later. Most the congestion had cleared up. Took me about 3 weeks to be mostly back to normal. I still have some sinus issues though. I used to box/wrestle/BJJ so have had broken noses before so my sinuses are always a little jacked up anyway.
