Black hats’ are backed into a corner and do something irrational. When Q says “patriots in control” I think that means they control the flow of the game. Black hats will do stuff to cause damage but patriots have the upper hand - it’s their game to lose.

Sometimes a pawn is left unguarded - because to guard it would lead to more damage.
