From the weapons that went 'missing' after being transferred from Dyess AFB.

Senator Lindsay Graham was reported in mainstream news publications as warning of a nuclear attack in South Carolina.. if we do not initiate war with Syria. A very specific location mentioned by a very controlled puppet figure.

And supposedly the one planned for the city was instead detonated offshore deep enough for it to be harmless, but not deep enough to evade being detected.
