Is 9/27 the date because later on Q says to think reflection? Not understanding why today is the day?

First watch is dated 19 4:49. Queen casket lowered at 4:49 on Sept 19... just rolling with it that the second watch with date 27 would mean today.

Edit: I am FAR from a datefag, but this one was pretty dasting in a bigly way.
