Not even spelled right. LuciferASE meaning an enzyme. There are THOUSANDS of them, widely distributed in nature. Do we say fireflies are diabolical? Jellyfish? These enzymes have been used in bioengineering since 2002 because they are handy markers in a pile of protein. It is not a plot to turn us into הֵילֵל as "lucifer" was originally referred to in Isaiah 14:12, meaning the morning star or Venus. The Greek version of this in the Septuagint was ὁ ἑωσφόρος ὁ πρωὶ, which the Vulgate Bible translated to lucifer from which the KJ Bible got Lucifer from which the current use as a name for the devil came. Not a magic word, just means "light bringer."
