..QUIT GOING TO THE DAMN DOCTORS for anything that is NOT serious do research if something is ailing you and IF you can't figure it out...THEN GO TO THE DOCTOR!!!!
..EAT a HEALTHY DIET so ones colon is cleansed at least once a day EVERYDAY.
..I eat an Apple and Banana and USE APPLE CIDER VINEGAR in a protein drink with Lactose FREE milk.
..I have a blood pressure of 116 over 71
AND I workout almost everyday...NOT the pansy workouts either...warmup/stretching/machine weights/free weights!!!!
