I cannot express how delighted I am by this news bc I LOOOOOOOOOOOOVE garlic and add it to literally everything. I particularly love raw garlic in salad dressings so HUZZAH!
when you cook Garlic the allicin (cancer fighter) looses strength but any way you take it will reap benefits! Not only is it a cancer fighter, but it also helps clear the arteries from calcification to prevent heart disease. It's definitely an amazing veggie! I only buy organic and made in USA, I don't trust Chinese grown garlic.
