Typically when someone shows a picture of text like this it end up being fake.
Next time, Can you please provide the exact page number so it can be verified?

Now that the post is verified, let's see if the books claims can be verified.

book provides 0 sources for you to research.
at the bottom of the pdf is a mind map of who is the committee of 300.
I can't say if the books claims are true or not, they could be, but there is no way to verify, so just keep that in mind if you choose to read it.
