Yes I'm saying Russia is winning. It doesn't make sense that Ukraine is able to stand against a country that our Government is tiptoeing around and walking on eggshells to avoid a conflict with because they know their military capabilities. Without Western help, Ukraine would have been crushed like a cigarette butt under Putin's heel. Even with help, Russia is handling the country with relative kid gloves.
