Yes, thank you. It went up 70 grand in value from day we put down deposit to day it was fine being built. I seriously think we got last 3000 Sq ft plus new construction house for under 500k. We live in a great booming area, in a free state, that's a summer vacation destination. I work from home and my company just expanded to Rome and Milan. My wife is a psychologist and got a job paying almost the same as she made in NY. So yes, we did. Because not everyone or everything is as bad as you want it to be.
