Notice the difference? Yeah, I didn’t either.

Odd how American slave quarters from 250 yrs ago are still better living conditions than most of Africans have today.
They probably ate better, too. But no, evil white man.
And healthcare. I wonder if there is any data available on average life span and birth rates.
What they don't teach is how well fed and cared for slaves actually were. Sure there were exceptions, but I speak of the majority. What they also don't teach is the largest slave owner, himself a black man, and was one of the exceptions but they whitewashed that treatment and blamed whites for the treatment across the board.
Thing is, slaves were a big investment, just like today's farmers and machinery: if you didn't take care if it, it would not perform/break down. Now you have to replace it, which costs more money.
Read into the true history; it isn't at all like the bullshit they want everyone to believe.
Disclaimer: I am not at all advocating slavery on that level, as I firmly support a free society. Just stating the majority of history has been twisted to promote discord and fighting among the lower classes to keep them occupied with bullshit so the ruling classes can get away with murder.
Exactly. No one thinks of this aspect. If the slaves were unhealthy, the entire family suffered. So it was to the benefit to keep them healthy and someone content.
Also, some were even treated almost as family, of course that was dependent on the owner.
Like the part everyone skips over is that trade started in Africa. Not all Europeans just marched in there and started taking people. For the most part they bought black slaves - gasp - from other Africans.
