I think this time it's a non-issue. Even a republican would agree that a family with very low income would be hit the hardest if they lost everything in a hurricane. They don't have the resources set aside to help to recover. That makes sense and I agree, unfortunately, with Harris in this respect. However, under no circumstances should the majority of help go to people of color just because of their color.
