They did it to Texas with the freeze we had a year ago. We had a balmy, almost sweaty February, which is normal for Texas, then BOOM below freezing temps for a week. The following week, back to balmy slightly warm February. There is no way you could convince me otherwise. The February before the freeze was standard (balmy and spring like) and the most recent February was the same. That freeze came out of nowhere and it was completely atypical. I have lived in Texas my entire life (57 years) and have never experienced a freeze like that one.
And it didn't just affect Texas, though Texas had it the worst. I live in SW Missouri and for 3 days in March we had highs of -3 degrees. I've lived in Missouri most of my life, and even farther north where it's somewhat colder, but had never before seen anything like this.

It was definitely manufactured to harm Texas.
