I refuse to bank with large institutions. I use credit unions and small local banks only. I've had no trouble pulling tens of thousands of dollars from them.

No. Walked in and walked out with $10k cash one time and $6700 cash another time. Within the last two weeks. They didn't ask me what I was going to do with it, either, which I know is happening to some people.
