He specifically mention the problem exists within the credit unions as well.

As to the small bills I 100% agree. Nothing larger than a $20

Easier to barter with.

You're not going to be able to run to the bank with a $100 bill to break it down for those 5 chickens your bartering for. You'll be paying either the whole $100...or you will be trading a good or service for them.
