Science is dead in the West. It sold its soul to the highest bidder without so much as a moment of hesitation. Such that now, whoever has the largest cash pile (Big Pharma, Bill Gates, etc.) "owns the science." That idea would have been unthinkable in the 19th Century, but here we are, pseudoscience "data" for the highest bidder, and statistics can mean anything [THEY] want them to mean.
