I was a child around 5-7 years old. I was conscious of the discussions people were having (adult discussions). Especially when they were trying to hide it with words they thought I wouldn't understand and that would be their ploy to hide context .
My father was watching a Henry Kissinger interview and I was maybe just over 7 and I thought to myself "This guy looks evil". I just knew he and all the rest of them on television were "off".
When 911 happened, I was 15 years old and a large portion of my family was together at my great grandfathers home for his birthday.
We were watching the news and I knew right then and there it was all fake. The people on the street being interviewed came off as actors to me.
And I was laughing at how ridiculous they sounded and as a result everyone got upset at me for it.
Me too. Somethings fed to the masses are just off..
That also got to me…
Live near pittsburg as as a kid.
As a working young adult riding the Metro rail into Wash DC, I read the newspaper everyday! And that was before social media and fake news!
I bet that was a trip. I was only n the Merto twice. Once for work and then I talked my now Hubsband into going to DC to see Ron Zpaul.
Born there, grew up just outside DC and then worked-lived in upper DC as a young adult! Joined the young Republicans club!

Never looked back.
I was scared of Kissinger when I was little… I’m in my 50’s and still scared of him.
