I think you found it.. It's RACISM! The Dentist was working on the teeth of a black man and had a racist dizzy spell and lost the feeling in the hand that touched the patient. The hand actually FELT the racism in the doctor and it lost all feeling.

I think we've found the answer to all of the sports player dropping dead too. They had racist thoughts while they were playing and that caused a blood clot in their brains and they collapsed.
