Regarding the Red heifers, this is Not the first time Red heifers were born or were offered to Israel. I believe back in the 90's this happened but seeing as there was no chance of the 3rd temple was going to be built anytime in the next 20 yrs the need for those passed by. Whether this one will be used for the restoration of temple sacrifice remains to be seen?
