Elon is the governments largest contractor. Seems to me that there may have been a change in leadership at the funding source that made Elon see a different perspective. Hello 2016 and President Donald J Trump. Elon is the "tell" that Trump is still President and Devolution has been initiated because Elon has not had to recalibrate his perspective since Trump went underground with his presidency.
