The Great Awakening is a rebirth of Citizenship with all the responsibilities and benefits. That said, in order to accomplish this "plan" a whole lot of action must happen behind the scenes... but maybe it was the Awakening in each individual White Hat that caused the proper action that awakened the next that awakened the next and so on and now here we are?
