We're in the second month of 5783 according to the early barley calendar, first month of 5783 according to the traditional Jewish calendar.
I just underlined these verses when I started reading the bible over again. I found the seventeen (17) to be interesting. Good find.
Also Genesis 8:4 Then the ark rested in the seventh month, the seventeenth day of the month, on the mountains of Ararat. At the time of Noah the 7th month was what was to become the first month from the first Passover. Exodus 12:1-2
Jesus died on 14th day of 1st month and was resurrected 3 days and nights later - Matthew 12:40 - 17th day of the 1st month - so the ark rested and Jesus resurrected on the same day.
