I wonder if Gregg Phillips has done geo-tracking on the pipe bomber suspect? Looks like he/she checked a cell phone in this video surveillance clip at the South Capitol location. https://youtu.be/YJ80LJIOn3E?t=20

Wouldn't that be something if Gregg Phillips found the perpetrators cell phone number/owner and identified him/her? (I wonder if it was a burner phone registered to FBI?)
