FEDERAL (possession only) charges. Very important part of this. How many people are in fed prison for simple possession of weed? WHAT A JOKE!

Now, how many are in STATE prisons?

He has no authority over the state prisoners.

Only taking cannabis OFF the schedule will fix the problem.
