1 pill of Fadogia agrestis and tongkat ali every day. Lose your belly fat. Use Ashwaganda to lower stress levels. Get quality sleep. Never masturbate ever again. Pray to God when you get urges. These are the best ways to increase your testosterone.
I just started taking tongkat Ali supplements a few days ago. Seems like a safe herbal solution with promising evidence, too early for me to say one way or the other yet though
jabs work if you don't mind the needle poke. Plus you don't have the effect the gel has of possibly rubbing off on those you are close to, like wife or GF.
HRT didn't make any difference for me, so I stopped (docs knew). I should find a naturopath doctor and see what they have to say from a non-petroleum bullshit Rockefeller indoctrinated doctor.
pills aren't very good. T-gel (rx only as it is a restricted drug) can easily bump you up, even to higher than 'normal' levels. Careful though, you can end up with thickened blood from abnormal hi T levels (too many red blood cells). Of course you can manage that by donating blood regularly. (yes, hi testosterone can cause increase in RBC's).
I'm diagnosed low-T. I'm no faggot soyboy though.

I was too. Now I jab weekly and love it

You don’t like your women growing beards? 😆

Proper exercise, nutrition, sleep, passion (the drive that makes you fight for something).
No energy and little muscle. My NP says I need to exercise. I guess she doesn't know what it's like to wake up feeling like death.
