I've fixed my diet and have been consistently lifting weights for 3 weeks, and I can already see results. Not crazy results, but they're there, and it's been very motivating
I hate the repetition of it too. I just lock in and listen to music and get pissed off for an hour
I've always enjoyed lifting shit for practical purposes. Used to love moving hay bales and horse feed for my grandpa. Lifting weights still bores the shit out of me but I'm suffering through it for my health
