Seems like another scare tactic being utilized. I get Fentanyl is a legitimate issue in the druggie community, but this reeks of the razor blades in candy, needle on the gas pump nozzle, ect. Fear sells stories and germinates clicks and what's a better way to drum up fear than deadly drugs being laced in candy right before Halloween?
