What they don't tell you is that Kanye put Adidas on notice months ago when they refused to bring shoe manufacturing for his yeezy brand to America/Greater Chicago. Last I read he was actively figuring out how to sever the tie and start his own factory.

This is correct. He hasn’t been able to wear his Yeezy brand or Addidas for nearly a month.
