Here it is, he does have a poor history with law enforcement but this video shows he is clearly not in control. Drugs possibly? Maybe not though

It’s a miracle they didn’t pump that guy full of lead!!! Holy hell! He straight up rushed that cop full speed I can’t believe the cop didn’t fall over.

A crazy in my town was shot dead by a dozen WV state troopers just a month or two ago. He posed no threat to other just himself pointing a gun at himself. No de-escalation no tackle they just blasted the guy.
