Has anyone had these issues? I'm on day 12 after getting covid. Everything is gone except sinus pain, congestion and headaches.
I've been using 1% povidone-iodine nasal spray. Vit D, C, Zinc, Quercetin, Nigella sativa, Melatonin, turmeric, NAC

Yes I got it back in Jan/Feb 2022 and have had non-stop sinus inner ear infection and can no longer hear from one ear. Feels like swimmers ear but it's not. Can't fly anywhere. Might have to get tubes put in my ear.
The tubes can be fantastic for draining the ears if plugged or inflamed from an infection. If you do have them inserted, be sure and use the clear silicone ear plugs when showering or swimming. Once the ears are allowed to drain, you can use prescription eye drops to flush out the inner ear (under a doctor's advice) from the outside to clean out any residue. Worked great for my son. We kept them in for four years! Never had a problem with his ears after that. (Previously the infections were chronic).
Are you also doing Ivermectin (body weight dosage) every day until the thing clears? It can't hurt and may be the clincher you need.
Also, you are taking the right vitamins for sure, but are you taking enough each day? Why not ramp the dosage up?
Consider this dosage every day until it clears. Can be split into 2 doses.
D3 - 10,000 IU
C - 10,000 mg
Zinc - 100 mg
Quercetin - 1600 mg
NAC - 1200 mg
Turmeric - 2400 mg
Melatonin - 12 mg (at night)
Thank you for all that great information. I have not done the ivermectin (yet) but am taking all of those supplements you listed except for melatonin. I've also increased my aerobics by doing the stairclimber 3 - 4 times a week for twice as long to increase blood flow and oxygen to those capillaries that serve the inner ear. I'm supposed to fly to California for Christmas so I hope to get the tube put in soon but will try the ivermectin while I wait. Thanks again for your suggestions.
You bet. Good luck!
