That's not how stickies work. Mods sometimes sticky posts just long enough to get them into RISING or HOT, so that people can enjoy them.

I don't know. It seems to be a .WIN secret sauce. I wish I could send something to HOT right away instead of waiting. That's why we use stickies this way.
