I read that article and it only showed a series of confusing and conflicting tweets, but not a clear explanation that the e.o. is more protective. Granted, I dismissed a lot of it because Will Chamberlain is a RINO. I’ll have to look into it again.
It was not easy to understand for sure. But the EO that was removed was from bath house barry, so I don't think the original EO was looking out for the people.
TGP has an article about it saying he rescinded Obama's EO from 2014 and replaced it. Article says the replacement is more restrictive on spying.
