My husband mails our Income Tax every year with a returned receipt requested. Our returned receipt was dated and received by the IRS on 4/02/2022….We received it back in the mail yesterday - 10/07/2022.

Just sayin’.

The IRS has been “processing” our 2020 and still have yet to process 2021 - we are almost into 2023 now and I won’t be surprised if they are still processing when we mail 2022’s in.
