As far as I'm concerned, objectively what we're seeing here is warfare being waged against civilians:

• The SWIFT banking sanctions haven't hurt the Russian gov't. They simply normalized the ruble to the price of gold and stabilized it. Russians are perfectly capable of buying whatever they need. It's the West who are getting killed by substantially higher food and energy prices.
• The SWIFT banking sanctions cut off commerce to civilians. Think of all the things you might buy from Canada or Mexico. Russians buy substantially more from Europe, and Europe cut them off because they wanted to piss of the Russians enough to riot against Putin. Turns out, most of them resent the Europeans because they're not stupid and are fully capable of understanding who's attacking them (it's isn't Putin).
• The Ukrainians have waged wholesale indiscriminate warfare on civilians. 15,000 dead from rocket launches 2014-2022 prior to the start of the war. They'd literally bomb rush hour traffic and markets just for funsies.
• The Ukrainians have engaged in multiple false flag attacks on civilians as well. Two examples: 1) Kievan suburb called Bucha. Russia pulled out mid-April, streets clear. Ukrainians roll in, streets clear. 3 days later, 800-900 dead, bodies all over the streets. They tried to blame Russia. It was the Ukrainian military killing "Russian collaborators." 2) Railway bombing a few weeks later with a Tochka-U rocket spray painted with "for the children" in Russian. 4 chan caught it within hours. The serial number matched a batch of the rockets sold to Ukraine. The Ukrainians bombed their own civilians to blame it on the Russians.

I've commented before that Ukraine seemed to be running the Hamas playbook. They'd quarter troops in kindergartens and claim Russia was attacking children when they blew up the barracks. They'd hide missile launchers and artillery in the parking lots of shopping malls, then blame the Russians for blowing up a "civilian" target. Russia had aerial video showing the trucks. Oops.

Polish checkpoints for refugees fleeing the initial attack produced interesting videos. Ukrainians were claiming the Ukrainian army would find their own bombed out vehicles and spray paint Zs on the them and try to claim them as "kills" instead of losses. They'd change the uniforms of the dead to try and do the same (I'm much more skeptical of this, since it's much more difficult to do convincingly, and it's gross to handle dead bodies). And of course, we've all seen the videos where Zelensky was just handing weapons to women, children, old people, and criminals and encouraging them to find with no training, effectively making them a meatshield. Of course, they inevitably got killed and Ukraine claimed Russia was killing non-combatants.

The US is helping with this. The UK is helping with them. They're getting tactical advice on guerrilla warfare straight out of the terrorist playbook. How do we know? We wrote the playbook over 40 years by training jihadis to fight proxy wars for us and destabilize countries all over the world.

The whole bloody system needs to be taken down.
