They simply cannot have both of those realities at the same time. If he is dementia-ridden, anyone that handed him a nuclear football has a serious price to pay. Inexplicably, at one point Nancy was making noise that it should go to her, she never provided updates so I have to assume this dream-wish was never filled for her. Ok, then.....so who has it now? Since they all want to talk about nuclear war I suggest they clarify who does have it and an explanantion of why Joe could not have it, yet other people simultaeousnly determined he was fit to ahem "be president."
