If he were an insider, would it be smart for him to broadcast everything in advance? What would you do if you were in charge of winning this war, and knew that the people needed someone to listen to and learn from, but could not telegraph moves? How would you get information to the people? How would you give them HOPE? Think logically fren. Pray.
