Are you allowed to leave London without being vaccinated? If so, take advantage.

You just have to bring a negative test for the Chinese virus (I recommend that someone get you the test directly without having to do it), another option is as the user says, travel to Mexico, Mexico does not ask for a test for the Chinese virus or a vaccination, you travel to the border and enter the border posts, they do not ask you for anything, only the stamped passport.
