I didn't have time to cancel yesterday, had a lot going on, but was getting ready to cancel today. This is ridiculous! Why do you all of sudden have to call them to cancel? They must want to try to talk you into not canceling, and the longer it takes you waiting on the phone tells you how many other people are calling to cancel also. Either that or they are hoping you will give up on waiting for them to answer that you will hang up and forget to call back.
yea this is bullshit I called and talked to the rep and they told me that because I used my account in the last 30 days I now have to wait 30 days to close my account. I am sure this is a new policy of theirs. I switched any recurring payments from my paypal to my wives debit card and canceled my own card. My card was the only one attached to paypal. If you don't mind I would be interested to see if anyone else has the same issue.
