They always name the bill something that sounds WONDERFUL! IRRESTABLE!

Then pack it full of pork and nefarious provisions.

We are onto you bill namers and bill drafters! Just be HONEST and let people debate and decide on issues with clear language rather than deception. SHEESH!

It is like Animal Farm or 1984 or Soviet Speak -- either means the opposite of the words, or means nothing at all.
