My sister had breast cancer in 2014 and went the conventional chemotherapy route. It recurred last year, though as several small pockets in her lung, spine and elsewhere. She tried ivermectin under medical advice, but it didn't help (not saying it can't as there are several medical reports on the internet about its successful treatment of cancers, but it didn't help her). So then she sought alternative therapy treatment and went to Envita in Arizona. With what you have I'd certainly first try direct application to the affected area with fenbendazole or ivermectin (using the horse paste). I just offered my sister's experience as additional info.
