I think that is referring to all-cause mortality, not the subset of people that had some sort of illness (however, you are correct that the hospital "protocol" using ventilators was fatal for many that were subjected to it). That will probably become its own separate lawsuit.
If those numbers were for all-cause mortality, it will need to be corrected for age groups (a lot of people that get injected are old, a lot of those that don't tend to be younger, etc.)
Even so, that is too big of a delta to not have some sort of clear correlation between the injections and increased mortality.
And you can bet that those who were unvaxxed and died, were killed by the hospital protocol
