Yes..was watching a bunch of Chinese folks renovate a house next door no one spoke English..woman showed up I was chatting and she said she was in real estate in China and was buying homes to rent...previous tenant was paying 1500 a month..she was charging 500 a month...I asked why so low..and bizarrely told me it's not about making money now. Weird.and 5 years ago.

That was 5 yr ago? Sounds like low rent to house more CCP, if she went lower on rent it would probably be too noticeable, but dang that is low $500.
