This bill would have made it a violation of the Presidential records act if Trump deleted a tweet. That is why Trump posted "despite the negative press, Covfefe" and deleted it minutes later. This tweet was also made 12 days before the bill was even introduced. - https://files.catbox.moe/ohzuwz.jpg
