I also had this happen on a plane years ago. No idea if it was a seizure. I didn't go to a doctor right after.

A military nurse on board said it was probably air sickness, and I was definitely dehydrated, which increases the chance of air sickness. My doctor convinced me I did not want a record of a seizure in my medical records, and went along with air sickness as well. Also turned out I had a really bad kidney infection at the time. Do not recommend.
