Why has Nancy Pelosi not been immediately arrested for threatening the then sitting President of the United States?

Yo DOJ, you need to take a look at United States Code Title 18, Section 871 which spells out clearly that her threat to punch out PRESIDENT TRUMP is a FELONY!

Nancy needs to lose all her power and wealth - this would hurt her more than anything - jail would make her a martyr to these crazy ass people.
