Well if states can ignore SCOTUS rulings and so does the resident in Chief, Durham can ignore Garland, or maybe investigate, prosecute Garland as a “work around.” Corruption by Garland. No one is above the law, not Garland, Comey, Brennan, Wray, McCabe, Lynch, Orr, Biden, Pelosi, Cheney, etc.
