If a civilian court, fraudulently, acquitted (add name here) does double jeopardy still apply to a Military Tribunal?

Or does the Military court system overrule civilian court. And do tribunal prosecutors only have the authority to prosecute treason when dealing with civilians, or can they prosecute any crime?

For military personnel- they can be tried and found guilty by both systems. For nine military US citizens, no idea.
